摘要
研究出一种对带数字式位置环的伺服系统进行位置环参数在线调试的方法 ,并给出位置环参数在线调试的实例以及实例中所用的交流伺服系统动态响应曲线 由于目前使用的伺服系统主要是全数字式和半数字式两类 ,它们的共同特点是具有数字型的位置环 ,因此均可通过此法进行高精度的位置环参数的在线测试和动态性能分析 。
A method of the on line debugging of the position loop parameters about the servo system with numerical position loop is introduced. The given example including the AC servo system dynamic response curses is used to explain how to debug on line the position loop parameters. The servo systems which we are using now are of two kinds: the complete numeral type and the part numeral type. Their common characteristic is possessing the numeral position loop. So, through this method we can proceed with the on line high precision testing of the position loop parameters and dynamic property analyses, and we can realize the precision and high effect locale debugging of the servo system.
