摘要
目的 :分析我国呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)地方株SH蛋白基因的遗传特点、变异特征。方法 :从本室保存的不同年份、不同地区、不同流行特征的呼吸道合胞病毒地方株中抽取 7株 ,分别用RT PCR扩增其SH蛋白基因并克隆到PTZ18R载体中进行了序列测定和分析。结果 :我国RSV地方株间SH蛋白基因相比较变异的部位及形式很相似 ,地方株间核苷酸全序列的同源性为 97.0 %～ 10 0 %。结论
Aim: To study the molecular structure of SH gene of local respiratory syncytial virus strains .Methods: The SH genes of 7 local respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) strains, which were isolated from children with varied epidemiological characteristics in different areas and different periods,were amplified by PT PCR and then cloned and sequenced.Results:The variations in locus and pattern among the local strains were similar and the homology of nucleotide sequences was 97 0%～100% Conclusion:The data indicate that the variation of the SH gene is not related to the different epidemiological characteristics in China.
