摘要
目的了解2017至2018年河北省石家庄地区急性呼吸道感染(ARI)患儿的呼吸道合胞病毒检出情况,并进行亚型分析,探讨其流行规律。方法选取河北省石家庄地区2017年1月至2018年1月因ARI在河北省儿童医院治疗的患儿作为研究对象,共10 155例。收集患儿临床资料,采集鼻咽部分泌物采用直接免疫荧光法进行呼吸道合胞病毒检测,分析病原检出情况,对阳性标本进行RT-PCR亚型鉴定。结果 10 155例患儿中有1 618例检测结果为阳性,阳性率为15.93%。感染主要集中在<6个月患儿。对阳性标本进行亚型监测,A亚型占72.68%(1 176/1 618),B亚型占27.32%(442/1 618)。结论通过对2017至2018年河北省石家庄地区ARI患儿的呼吸道合胞病毒进行监测,为石家庄地区及全国长期呼吸道病原学的检测积累了资料,为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the detection status of respiratory syncytial virus in chidren with acute respiratory tract infection(ARI) in Shijiazhuang region from 2017 to 2018,and to analyze the subtype, and explore its prevalence regularity.Methods A total of 10 155 children patients with ARI who were treated in Hebei Provincial Children’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled as research subjects. The clinical data were collected, and the secretions in pharynx nasalis were collected for detecting respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) by direct immunofluoreseence assay. The detection results were analyzed, and the subtypes of positive specimens were identified by RT PCR.Results Among 10 155 children patients,1618 cases were positive,with positive rate being 15.93%. The infection was focused on the children patients whose age was less than 6 months. The subtypes of positive specimens were detected, the results showed that A subtype accounted for 72.68%(1 176/1 618), B subtype accounted for 27.32%(442/1 618).Conclusion Through monitoring the respiratory syncytial virus of children patients with ARI in Shijiazhuang region of Hebei province from 2017 to 2018, the clinical data are accumulated for the detection of long term respiratory etiology in shijiazhuang area and the whole country, which also provides reliable bases for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
