摘要
以季铵盐为催化剂,以丙酸酐与丁醇为原料,制备丙酸丁酯。考察了醇酐摩尔比、反应时间和温度、相转移催化剂的种类及用量对合成丙酸丁酯的影响。确定了合成丙酸丁酯的最佳条件:醇酐摩尔比 1:1.2,反应时间40 min,反应温度 20~30℃,季铵盐与丙酸酐摩尔比0.04:1。
Butyl propionate from propionic anhydride and n - butanol using quaternary ammonium salt as a catalyst was synthesized. Effects of molar ratio of alcohol/anhydride, reaction temperature and time, varieties and amount of phase transfer catalysts used on synthesis were investigated. The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined as follows: molar ratio of alcohol/anhydride 1:1.2, reaction time 40 min, reaction temperature 20 - 30℃ , molar ratio of quaternary ammonium salt to propionic anhydride 0.04:1.
