摘要 本文介绍了360度绩效评价反馈方法的内容和理论基础,分析了文化差异性与360度绩效评价反馈系统实施效能之间的关系。对360度绩效评价反馈的一个现实案例进行了简单分析。本文还对交叉文化背景下如何有效实施360度绩效评价反馈系统提出了一些对策和建议。
