摘要
文章在对教育的客观规律和科学规律以及教育方针的特性进行辨析的基础上 ,提出了教育方针的规律这一概念 ,概括出教育方针代表了一定阶级的教育意志、反映了一定历史的时代特征。
On the basis of differentiating and analyzing on the objective law and science of education together with the characteristics of the guiding principle of education, the article delineates this guiding principle with a regular pattern. It sums up three basic laws, namely, the guiding principle of education representing the education will of certain classes, its reflection of the characteristics of the times, and its realization of the integration of the formulation and implementation of such a guiding principle.
