摘要
国外优质教育资源的引进、吸收和转化是高等教育领域中外合作办学的核心。一方面,我们要提高国外合作方的质量层次,加强与世界名校、特色学科专业的实质性合作;另一方面,我们要严格甄选标准,引进真正的优质教育资源,并将其消化、吸收、转化为我国高等教育自身改革和发展的能力,提高我国高等教育的整体水平和国际竞争力。
The importation and absorption of foreign high - quality educational resources is the core of the educational cooperation between Chinese and foreign colleges and universities. On the one hand, we should choose worldly famous universities and special disciplines as our cooperation partner, and on the other hand, we should hold strict standards on the importation and absorption of really high - quality educational resources abroad, and translate them into the reform and developmental abilities of Chinese higher education so as to improve its overall level and heighten its international competitiveness.
