摘要
气体辅助注射成型技术是对传统注射成型技术的革新,是注塑成型工艺的二次革命。突破了传统注射成型的技术限制,具有许多传统注射成型所不具有的优点。但我国的气辅设备和气辅模具大多依赖进口。为促进气辅设备及模具的国产化,本文就气体辅助注射成型的关键技术进行了探讨。
Gas-assisted injection molding technology is an innovation of plastic injection molding. It has too many strongpoints compared with the traditional injection molding technology. Most of the devices and moulds of gas-assisted injection molding were imported in china. In order to change the status, the key technology of gas-assisted injecion molding were probed into this paper.
