摘要
简要介绍了注塑机的发展过程、结构和特点,重点介绍了反应注射成型、气体辅助注射成型、水辅助注射成型、动态注射成型等几种新型注射成型工艺的原理、特点及应用。最后展望注塑机和塑料注射成型技术的发展。
The developmental process, the structure and feature of injection machine are briefly described in this paper. The principles, characteristics and applications of reactive injection, gas-assisted injection, water-assisted injection, dynamic injection are introduced in detail. And finally, the developments of injection machine and injection molding technology are prospected.
