摘要
气辅注塑成型技术是为克服传统注塑成型和发泡成型的局限性而发展起来、近几年来才开始进入实用阶段的一种新工艺,它利用高压气体在注塑件内部产生中空截面,实现气体保压,消除制品缩痕,完成充填过程,气辅注射成型工艺通过把厚壁的内部掏空,显示出传统注射成型工艺无法比拟的优点,被誉为注射成型工艺的一次革命,开辟了全新的应用领域。国外对气辅技术开展了广泛的研究和实践,并取得极大的成功,气辅技术研究和应用在国内刚刚起步,国内的塑料加工工业量大面广,气辅技术具有巨大的应用市场,几年内必将有迅猛发展,迅速掌握气辅成型这项塑料加工行业新技术,促进和推动气辅技术在国内工业界的实践,对于提高我国塑料加工的水平,提高我国塑料制品的质量,降低塑料制品的成本,有着重要的影响。
Gas-Assisted Injection Multlingr(Gaim) is an innovative molding technology where the compressed gas is introduced intp the mould to creale hollow sections, to pressurize plastics during cooling,to eliminate shrinkage and to completc mould filling. Compared with a conventional injection molding,Gaim process presents many advantages and benefits such as reducing the moulding weight,reducing the molding circle,avoiding the sink marks. This technology has been widely used in abroad in the field of TV sets and other appliances,cars, furniture,etc. However,gaim process concerns within the mould with a two- phase complex flow of molten polymer and pressurized gas.Computer aided flow analysis is very important in achieving successful applications with the complications in part,mould and process design.
