摘要
采用形态特征比较 ,对 7省 13个居群的竹叶臭蛙Odorranaversabilis的标本进行了研究 ,结果表明 :它们的形态特征差异明显 ,可以分为 3个形态型 ;同时经数值性状标准判别分析和DNA指纹分析印证其结果与形态学研究结果相吻合。据此将 3个形态型标本确定为 3个种 ,其中包括2新种。本文重新界定了 3个种的分布范围。
The taxonomic status of the geographic populations of Odorrana versabilisi (Liu and Hu) was studied with comparison of external morphology, morpholometry and DNA fingerprinting. The results of morphological comparison indicate that the 13 population specimens of seven provinces (Guangxi, Anhui, Zhejiang, Hunan, Guizhou, Fujian, and Hainan) are divided into three discrete morphotypes. (1) Guangxi type, with its morphological features coinciding to the original description, as Odorrana versabilis (Liu and Hu), distributing in Guangxi, Hunan, Guizhou, Jiangxi, and Anhui (Qimen). (2) Hainan type, was identified as a new species, differs from the other types by the features: the external vocal sacs of the male; snout longer, rounded and shielded, beyond the lower labial longest; occurring in the Hainan. (3) Fujian type, differing from the other types by having the smallest snout-vent length (SVL) in three types; snout rounded, not long, not shielded, beyond the lower labial slightly; the major tadpoles having Ⅰ:4-4/Ⅲ:1-1 formula; was identified as another new species, including the frogs growing in Fujian, Zhejiang and Anhui (Huangshan). The 81 specimens from six provinces were classified by the standardized canonical discriminant analysis. Those specimens were grouped into three units on the first two axes. The types were completely separated from each other. The 15 specimens of Guangxi, Fujian and Hainan were studied by DNA fingerprinting to examine their genetic divergence. The mean number of hybrid bands of Guangxi was 17.4 and two identical common bands of 8.0*!kb and 8.7*!kb. The specimens from Fujian had 17.6 bands and an identical common band of 16.8*!kb.The specimens from Hainan had 18.6 bands and an identical common band of 4.4*!kb. Those show that three types have great genetic differentiation and they are proved as three species.
