摘要
用DNA指纹技术和形态特征分析方法对高原鳅属两个亲缘种鱼类的遗传关系进行比较分析,结果表明两者遗传性状差异明显,且稳定,与形态性状研究结果一致,据此认为这两种鱼类应是两个独立的物种,其中一种为新种TriplophysapolyfasciataDingsp.nov,并进行描述。
By cowbining DNA fingerprinting with classical taxonomic method, this Paper analysed the morphological chalacteristics and genetic relationship of two species of plateau cobihnae fiates (T. bleekeri and T.polyfasciata sp.nov.). The result shows that there might be a new species T. polyfasciata sp. nov. in T. bleekeri.their outer morphology are so similar that they were negligently considered as one species T. bleekeri. By DNA fingerprinting, it has been found that their genetic characteristics are singficantiy different. Every random Sample of T. bleekeri has a similar hybridization band located at 3 .0 Kb, while T. polyfasciata sp.nov. has an indentical band at coition 6.0 Kb (Fig.2). The mean number of bands and the frenqency of differentiation Of the former are 14.55± 0.68 and 1. 13 × 10 ̄(-12), aspectively, thee of the latter are 21 .76 ± 1 .08 and 7.65 × 10-21(Tab. 1 ). In appearence the former differs from the latter in the dorsal fin shorter, the position of dorsal fin slightly depressed, no stripe on the lateral body, while the latter has wide tansverse stripe connected with dorsal one. Since there are hreat difference mentioned above in these two species, we consider that T. polyfasciata sp. nov. should be Separated as an independent spotes from T.
