摘要
Polysiphonia urceolata and P.japonica are two common species of seaweed in Qingdao. The content of ash, raw protein, total fatty acids, amino acids, bromophenols, polysaccharide and superoxide dismutase in them were determined. Moreover, the antibiotic and antioxide activity was studied, and a nutrient liquid comprising abundant amino acids was prepared.
