摘要
就影响多管藻多糖提取的诸因素进行了探讨 ,确定了最佳工艺条件。试样用 2 5%Na OH在 30℃处理 3d后用 5% H2 O2 脱色 ,在 110℃提取两次多管藻多糖得率平均达 2 1.2% ,且色泽、凝固性能较好。
The factors affecting the extraction of playsaccharide from P. urceolata were investigated in this paper, and the best extraction technology was determined. The results indicated that the key steps of extraction were as follows:(1) the sample was treated with 25 % NaOH for 3 days in 30 ℃, then with 5 % H 2O 2; (2) when polysaccharide was extractd, the amount of water added for the first time was 25 times that of the dry material, the temperature was 110 ℃, and the total time of extraction was 2.0 h.
