摘要
对硬脂酸单甘酯乳化剂产品的特性、制备、提纯及应用进行了评述,结合该产品的特点、国内外该产品的研究开发水平以及我国的生产现状,作者对高纯度硬脂酸单甘酯的制备以及单甘酯粗产品的提纯进行了重点分析,并提出了一些发展建议。
Properties, preparation and applications of the titled glycerol monostearate emulsifier were reviewed in this paper, with an emphasis on preparation and purification of highly pure glycerol monostearate. Some suggestions for development of this product were put forward.
