摘要
将可靠性优化设计方法应用于弧面蜗杆减速器设计,建立了弧面蜗杆减速器可靠性多目标优化设计的数学模型;求解该模型,可得到满足规定的可靠度要求下的减速器整体最优的结构设计方案,使弧面蜗杆减速器在满足承载能力及强度要求条件下,效率最高、体积最小、润滑条件最佳。文中给出了设计实例。
:By applying reliability optimal design method to design of plane-generated hourglass worm-drive reducer(PHWR), the mathematical model of reliability multi-aim oPtimal design in PHWR is established in this paper. By solving this model, the whole optimum scheme for the structure design is ob- tained Being satisfied with the conditions of the load - bearing capacity and the strength, the PHWR possess the highest egciency the lightest weight and the best lubrication condityion. The design example is given in this paper.
