渐开线内啮合弧面蜗杆 第三报:磨削

摘要 对于文提出的渐开线内啮合弧面蜗杆,本文给出一种将盘状砂轮修整成圆弧回转面的磨削方法,并对蜗杆磨削后的误差,有关参数的影响等进行了分析,最后报告加工和试验情况。此种方法具有误差小(约0.01 mm)、便于加工的特点。经磨削后的蜗杆效率和输出功率能比同尺寸的阿基米德蜗杆分别提高18%和26.87%。 This paper proposes an effective method for grinding the involute, internally engaged, double-enveloping worm gear drive by using a grinding wheel attached to a circular-arc dresser. The adopted circular arc is optimized to produce a worm profilc very closc to the theoretical one. The error so obtained (about 0.01 mm) and the effects of parameters variation are analysed. The last part of this paper illustrates the machining operation and testing results. In fact this approach is quite accurate and easy to apply. After grinding, thc efficiency and the transmitted power of the drive are significantly incrcascd by 18% and 26.87% respectively more than those achieved by the Archimedes Worm drive of the same size.
