摘要
针对超环面传动提出 2种工艺改进方案 :将原结构中的内环面蜗轮用分布在圆柱面上的螺旋齿代替 ;用圆柱面上的螺旋齿代替内环面蜗轮的同时 ,使螺旋齿的齿高分布在一个新的圆环面上。分析了相应的齿面方程和啮合状况。计算结果表明 ,改进方案在理论上是可行的。
Two kinds of process improving schemes are proposed for the toroidal drive. The internal toroidal gear of the previous scheme is replaced by a spiral gear distributed on a cylinder,and the internal worm gear is also replaced by a cylindrical spiral gear.in order to increase the contact ratio, to make the tooth-top distributed on a new toroid,The corresponding tooth surfaces and their meshing conditions are analyzed. The results indicate that the improving schemes are feasible theoretically.
