摘要
对等距、移距和转角三种摆线轮修形方法和对柱销孔的扩大修形所产生的回转误差进行了分析 ,确定了回转角的变化范围 ,推导出回转角的计算公式 ,并为合理选择修形方式和修正量的大小提供了准确的理论基础。
Based on the analysis on the return error resulting from different modification methods (moved distance modification,equidistance modification,angel modification and enlarging pinholes in cycloid disk),the changing extent of return angle has be determined and a serises of formula are deduced to calculate return angel accurately,it gives the reliable theory for choosing the rational method and value of modification.
