摘要
提出一种新的根据摆线轮实际齿廓搜寻其修形量的方法.该方法用包含所需搜寻量的摆线轮实际廓线方程来取代非线性拟合中的经验公式,将需要搜寻的齿廓修形量作为曲线拟合中的待定参数,建立非线性模型,并编制了计算程序.试验表明:所建模型切合实际,方法正确,搜寻精度高,速度快,所需测点数少,程序可靠,具有较高的实用意义.
A new method seeking the cycloid tooth profile modifier is offered.The method by using theequations of seeking the modifier of the cycloid real toothprofile curve to replace the non-linear curve fitting empirical formula.The tooth profile modifier is used as undetermined coefficient in the non-linear curve fitting formula,and thus, the non-linear mathematical model is established and the computer program is compiled. Experiments show that the model is fitting for practical need and it's right,by this method,the seeking precision is high,the speed is quick only needing fewer measuring points.Besides,the program is reliable and it has practical significance.
