摘要
首先对摆线针轮行星传动中摆线轮修形所产生的相对转角进行了计算,根据新的齿面受力分析理论,为合理地利用齿廓,改善摆线轮齿面的受力状态,提出了'反弓'齿廓的概念和存在条件,并证明采用'正等距+负移距'简单组合修形方法可以获得反弓齿廓;利用提出的优化设计方法编制的计算机软件,可以方便地求出最佳反弓齿廓所需要的修形量。受力分析计算表明:'反弓'齿廓可以有效地减少最大接触力,从而达到提高齿面承载能力的目的。
The relative angle between pinwheel and cycloid disk is discussed after the equidistant modification and radial-moving modification, the concept of the inverse arch-shaped teeth profile is brought forward in order to improve the contacting state , reduce the contacting force and make fully use of the cycloid teethprofile. The formula of the existing condition are given and the inverse arch-shaped teeth profile can be obtained easily through plus equidistant + minus radial-moving combining modification if the modification meets the given conditions. The software is also made to find the optimum inverse arch-shaped teeth profile by means of optimization method. The results of calculation about the various modification methods show that the contacting force of the inverse arch-shaped teeth profile is obvious better than the other modification method.
