摘要 通过硫铁矿焙烧过程热力学分析可知:锅炉的热效率可达64.8%,而可用能效率只有28%;汽轮机的热效率只有22%,而可用能效率有56%。 除氧韶除了为锅炉给水除氧功能外,还有提高给水温度,提高锅炉町用能效率的功能。 提高可用能效率,潜力在锅炉。为提高锅炉可用能效率,可以预热焙烧空气,用压力式除氧器把给水温度从104℃提高到147~(2,以提高蒸汽参数。可能使发电量增加27%,10t/h锅炉可多发电500多kW。 The thermodynamical analysis on the pyrite roasting with cogeneration showed that the thermal efficiency and exergetic efficiency are 64.8% and 28% respectively for the waste heat boiler and 22% and 36% for the steam turbine, suggesting that the potential to improve exergetic efficiency lies in the boiler . The deaerator, besides its essential function of deaerating feed-water to boiler, improves the exergetic efficiency of the boiler since it heats the feed water simultaneously. A higher exergetic efficiency of boiler can be reached by preheating air and increasing the temperature of feed-water from 104℃ to 147℃ with a pressure deaerator to upgrade steam. As a result, 27% more power output, that is, more than 500kW of power added can be produced for a 10t/h boiler.
