摘要
设计和制造了一种试验用小型沸腾炉,该小型沸腾炉的特点为电炉外部预热、利用沸腾炉管的重力使其紧压密封圈进行密封、上部加料和下部出料、间歇式操作。制造的小型沸腾炉结构简单、燃烧充分。实践表明,用该小型沸腾炉焙烧硫铁矿,焙烧产物质量好。
Design and manufacture a small fluidized bed roaster used in laboratory.The small fluidized bed roaster are characterized by exterior electric cooker preheater sealed by gravitational compaction of furnace tube,upper feeding,bottom dump and intermittent operation.The structure of the small fluidized bed roaster is simple.with sufficient Combustion.The result shows that the quality of the pyrite cinder is fine.
