摘要
为了解决硫铁矿焙烧过程中排渣硫品位高的问题,对两个系统焙烧产品进行了取样分析,查明了铁硫指标,认为焙烧温度对硫铁矿燃烧速度的影响很大,炉窑灰中和产物硫富集也是一个原因,改进后炉温升高,渣硫品位明显降低,总排渣硫品位由4.787%降低到1.555%,满足资源综合利用要求。另外还提出了分离出硫品位高的中和物,对粉尘进行回收处理的建议。
Samples of calcined products in two systems were taken to ascertain the index of iron sulfide to solve the problem of high grade of slag discharge sulfur in pyrite roasting.It found out that roasting temperature has a great influence on pyrite burning velocity and the enrichment of furnace ash and sulfur product is also a reason.After the improvement,the furnace temperature was increased and the grade of slag sulfur was significantly low-ered with a grade of the total sulfur slag discharge down from 4.787%to 1.555%,satisfying the requirement of highly efficient utilization of the resources.Proposals for separating neutralized materials with the high grade of sulfur and collecting and dispo-sing dust were put forward.
