摘要
目的研制抗溶藻弧菌独特型单克隆抗体并进行免疫学特性分析。方法用溶藻弧菌外膜蛋白免疫BALB/c小鼠,ELISA鉴定mAb特异性,用BALB/c小鼠进行感染保护实验。结果共获8株抗溶藻弧菌单克隆抗体,其中两株具有很好的被动免疫保护抵抗溶藻弧菌感染的能力。结论本研究制备的抗溶藻弧菌单克隆抗体可作为溶藻弧菌感染的检验和被动免疫保护研究。
Aim To prepare against V.alginolyticus and analyse their bi-ological properties.Methods Balb /c mice were immunized with out memberane protein,specificity det ermined by ELISA and protertion of mAb against V.alginolyticus was evalunder in BALB /c mice.Rseulty these mAb from 8hybridoma cell had hi ght specificity to out memberane protein of V.alginolyticus,two mAb can induce immune protectio n.Conclusion mAb against V.alginolyticus can specificity reacted to V.alginolyticus and induce immune protection.
