摘要 研究了CH3 SiCl3 的低温醇解反应工艺和条件 ,论述产物中的HCl对反应的影响 ,选择适当的方法除去反应生成的HCl。 Study on process of methyl trichlorosilane (CH 3SiCl 3) alcoholysis in low temperature, talk about HCl influence on reaction, choose right method to remooe HCl, to promote yield.
