摘要
该文对二甲基二氯硅烷的醇解反应进行了理论(采用B3LYP/6-31G(D)方法)和实验(溶剂法)研究,发现反应的第一步和第二步都很容易进行,其中第一步为反应的速控步.得出其第二步的产物二甲基二乙氧基硅烷为主产物;反应按乙醇和硅烷略小于2(理论值,实验值为1.8)的配比进行;反应宜按乙醇滴加入硅烷的方式进行.理论结果和实验结果比较吻合.
The alcoholysis of dichlorodimethylsilane has been studied theoretically and experimentally. Both the first and the second steps are very easy to proceed, and the first step is the Rate-Determining-Step of the alcoholyses. Dimethyldiethoxylsilane is the main product. The proportion of ethanol and dichlorodimethylsilane (<2 theoretically and 1.8 experimentally) is gained. And the mode of dropping (ethanol dropping into the solvent of dichloromethylsilane) is gained as well. The results of the calculation is consistent with those of the experiments.
