摘要
观察３６例弦脉型高血压患者血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）水平，并与３０例非弦脉型高血压患者及３０例正常人进行对照。结果正常人ＥＴ水平显著低于非弦脉型高血压患者（Ｐ＜０．０１），后者又显著低于弦脉型高血压患者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明高血压患者存在ＥＴ水平的增高，以弦脉型为明显。
The plasma endothelin(ET) levels were observed in 36 wiry pulse type high blood pressure cases(WHP),30 non-wiry pulse type high blood pressure cases(N-WHP) and in 30 normal controls.The results showed:the ET in WHP was signifficant higher than in N-WHP(P<0.01) and the ET in N-WHP was signifficiant higher than in controls(P<0.01).ET had the ability of changing wiry pulse by in creasing the artery tension and hardening the artery.
