光生物反应器中光衰减特征与螺旋藻生长动力学研究 被引量:11

摘要 分析了光照强度在光生物反应器中的分布特征。结果表明 ,当光波长及光传播的路径确定时 ,光生物反应器中光衰减特征主要受培养物生物量浓度的影响 ,由回归的模型对实验数据的拟合可分析光衰减特征与培养物生物量浓度的相关性 ,为光生物反应器中平均光照强度的确定奠定基础。在光生物反应器中 ,当营养底物和环境温度不是螺旋藻生长限制因子时 ,通过平均光照强度对螺旋藻比生长速率的影响分析 ,结果表明 ,在实验条件下 ,螺旋藻比生长速率与平均光照强度的动力学模型可用Aiba光生长抑制方程描述 ,光亲和系数Ks 为238.29μmol/(m2·s) ,光抑制系数Ki为0.00493s·m2/μmol,光生物反应器中螺旋藻生长的饱和光照强度出现在190~272μmol/(m2·s)的范围内。 Light attenuation in the PBR is the basis for the research of Spirulian platensis′s growth dynamics. This paper analyzed the property of light intensity distribution in the PBR ,the results show that the light attenuation were affected mainly by the biomass concentration in the PBR when the light wavelength and transferring path are given, the correlation between light attenuation and algal biomass concentration will be obtained by fitting the experiment dates and model value by use of regression analysis method and the average light intensity in the PBR will be estimated from this correlative model. Analyzing the effect of the average light intensity on the specific growth rate of S. platensis,we found that growth dynamics of the average light intensity and S. platensis′s specific growth rate can be expressed by the Aiba model which considered the effect of light inhibition. The results indicated that Algal specific growth rate decreased when the average light intensity are above the saturation light intensity at the range of 190 272 μmol/(m2·s). The model parameters of the light affine coefficient(Ks)of 238.29 μmol/(m2·s) and light inhibition coefficient (K i) of 0.004 93 (s·m2)/μmol were estimated by means of non Linear regression least square method .
