摘要
观察 CD3AK细胞用于严重烧伤患者后对 T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。观察对象为 CD3AK细胞治疗的 2 0例大面积烧伤患者。结果 :经 CD3AK细胞治疗后烧伤患者 T细胞亚群的结构有了明显的改善 ,CD4细胞比例明显升高 ,CD3细胞比例下降 ,CD4/ CD8比值升高。结论 :CD3AK细胞对烧伤患者 T细胞亚群的结构有明显的改善 ,从而提高烧伤患者的免疫力。
To observe the effect of CD 3AK cells on T Lymphocyte subsets in severe burns,20 patients with extensive of burns were treated with CD 3AK cells.The results showed that the construction of T lymphocyte subsets of burned patients was notably improved after treatment.The ratio of CD 4 cells was raised and that of CD 8 cells reduced evidently.The ratio of CD 4/CD 8 was increased.It is concluded that CD 3AK cells can obviously improve the construction of T lymphocyte subset and thereby enhence the immunity of burned patients.
