摘要
目的 探讨临床上准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术 (excimerLaserin situkeratomileusis,LASIK)术后眼压测量值的偏差及其与影响眼压测量的各因素之间的关系。方法 搜集行LASIK手术患者的临床资料 :手术前后非接触眼压计 (noncontacttonome ter,NCT)与Schi tz眼压计测量的眼压值、CCT和角膜曲率。结果 LASIK手术患者术后Schi tz、NCT眼压值的差值与切削等值球镜度 (D)显著相关。结论 近视患者LASIK术后Schi tz眼压值和NCT测量值均较术前有偏低的趋势 ,用Schi
Objective to assess the reliability of IOP measurement by Schitz tonometer versus noncontact tonometer(NCT)in patients after LASIK for myopia.Methods 224 eyes of patients were evaluated before and 1 month after having LASIK for myopia.A masked observer measured pre and post LASIK IOP by Schitz tonometer and NCT.CCT and curvature were also evaluated.Results One month after LASIK there was a decrease in IOP by both Schitz tonometer and NCT in 224 myopia patients,difference in Schitz were less evident.Conclusion The treated MSE(diopters) showed a good correlation with reduction of Schitz tonometer value after LASIK.Postoperatively,there was a decrease in IOP measured by NCT that was statistically significant,especially in high myopia,with greater reliability of Schitz tonometer than NCT after LASIK.
