摘要
目的 探讨LASIK治疗高度近视术后眼压变化与角膜切削量的关系。方法 42 7例高度近视患者按屈光度分成A组 (-6 0D至 -10 0 0D)和B组 (-10 0至 -2 1 0D) ,施行LASIK术前后用非接触眼压计 (NCT)测量眼压 ,并分析其与角膜切削量的关系。结果 两组眼压术后明显下降。A组为 12 2 1± 3 2 2mmHg ;B组为 10 48± 2 76mmHg(P <0 .0 0 1)。角膜切削量占术前角膜中央厚度A组为 12 4～ 18 9% ;B组为 19 0～ 34 7% (P <0 .0 1)。结论 LASIK治疗高度近视术后NCT眼压值下降与角膜中央厚度变薄和抗压强度减弱有关。
To study the change of intraocular pressure (IOP)after the operation of excimer laser assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for high myopia,and the relation between the changes of IOP and the resected thickness of stromal lamella of cornea.Methods 427 eyes with high myopia which divided into group A ranged from -6.00D to-10.00D and group B ranged from-10.00D to -21.00D were treated with LASIK.The IOP was measured by non-contact tonometer before and after LASIK. Results The IOP was decreased obviously after LASIK,group A was 12.21±3.22 mmHg,and group B was 10.48±2.76 mmHg( P <0.001).The resected thickness of cornea was 12.4% to 18.9% in group A and 19.0% to 34.7% in group B ( P <0.001). Conclusion The decrease of IOP after LASIK is related to the thinkness of the central cornea and the weakness of anti pressure.
