摘要
目的 建立一种简便测定丙二醛 (MDA)的新方法。方法 采用硫代巴比妥酸荧光法 ,正丁醇萃取静置 ,过夜。以 5 2 0nm为发射波长 ,5 4 6nm作为激发波长 ,测定样品中微量MDA的含量。结果 丙二醛在 0 .5 6~ 8.96μmol·L- 1 之间线性关系良好。回归方程为 :Y =2 .2 2 0 4X + 0 .0 70 8,r =0 9996,RSD和平均回收率分别为 4.86 %和 98%。结论 该法简便、易行 ,不需要混匀器 。
Objective:To establish a new simple method for determination of malondialdehyde. Methods:The thiobarbituric acid fluorescence technique was used to assay microgram quantities of malondialdehyde in sample. Results:There is a good linearity between 0.56~8.96 μmol·L -1 malondialdehyde. Regression equation: Y =2.2204 X +0.0708, r =0.9996,The precision (RSD) and average recovery were 4.86 % and 98 % respectively. Conclusion:The method is cheap, simple practicable and is applicable to assay microgram quantities of malondialdehyde.
