摘要
本实验采用亲合免疫组化SABC法对雌性大鼠动情间期神经肽Y(NPY)的分布进行了研究。在生殖管道NPY阳性纤维呈串珠状 ,弯曲走行 ,其分布在子宫体、子宫颈和阴道部位较多 ,而在子宫角和卵巢部位中等。在各生殖管道 ,阳性纤维走行与肌束方向一致 ,在血管周则交织成网。提示NPY可能与排卵及平滑肌运行调节有关 ,是调节生殖活动的重要因子。
WT5”BZ] The SABC immunohistochemical technique was used to explore the localization of NPY immunoreactive nerve fibers(IRF)in the genital organs of female rat during estrus.The NPY IRF in a fine beaded manner was observed in the genital tract of rats with the density of nerve fibers being more abundant in the uterine body,uterine cervix and vagina,and less in the uterine horn and ovary.The nerve fibers traveled in a direction parallel to the smooth muscle bundles but formed meshes surrounding the blood vessels.The distribution of NPY suggests that NPY might be related to the ovulatory and smooth muscle regulation and hence is an important regulatory factor of reproduction.[WT5”HZ]
