摘要
近年来对多囊卵巢综合征的研究已成为女性生殖内分泌中的一个热点问题，其发病率为5％一10％，但诊断标准不统一，治疗药物、使用方案混乱，对远期并发症也缺乏合理的防治措施，为临床诊断、治疗、预防提供更有力的依据。根据相关文献的内容，从多囊卵巢综合征的演变过程、分类、病因病理机制、中西医治疗四个方面做一简要综述。
Polycystic ovarian syndrome research in recent years has become a hot issue in the female reproductive endocrinology.The incidence is 5%-10%.But diagnostic criteria is not uniform; the drugs programs are confused; long-term complications lack of reasonable control treatment and prevention, providing a strong basis.According to the literature, the evolution of classification etiology and pathology mechanism of polycystic ovarian syndrome, Chinese and western medicine in the treatment were made a brief overview.
