摘要
我国风险投资公司定位模糊不清，阻碍了风险投资事业在我国的发展。确定风险投资公司的金融机构地位，不仅可以弥补我国储蓄向投资转化机制的缺陷，同时可以促进我国风险投资事业的发展，加速科研成果的转化，使我国金融体系适应经济增长、社会发展的需要。从业务上看，风险投资公司和信托公司、投资银行有较强的关系，但从我国实际情况看，信托投资机构应当是风险投资公司的正确定位。
The status of venture capital company of China has not been determined yet, which seriously inhibits the development of venture capital in. dustry. Venture capital company should be categorized as financial institution so that it will remedy the mechanism of transferring deposit into invest-ment, stimulating thc development of venture capital industry as well as the commercialization of science and technology. In practice, venture capital company should be categorized as trust company.
