摘要
风险投资作为一种继受制度 ,其发展与各国的政治、经济和文化等外部环境存在着紧密的联系。中国风险投资支持系统在制度层面上存在着大量问题 ,主要表现在金融和法律政策环境的不完善。为了促进中国风险投资事业的发展 ,应当尽快制定一套培育中国风险投资制度支持系统的实施方案。
Venture Capital is closely linked with the political, economic and cultural environment in each country. China's venture capital has many problems on the institutional respects including the imperfection of financial and legal system. Therefore, it is urgent to construct the implementation plan for the institutional support system of China's venture capital industry to promote its development.
