摘要
采用A级薄膜工业铂电阻Pt10 0作为热敏元件所构成的温度传感器 ,并利用传感器非线性补偿技术及PIC16C72单片机组成高精度温度控制器 。
High precision temperature controller is composed of single-chip computer PIC16C72 and temperature sensor which adopt A-class thin film industrial platinum resistance P t100 as temperature sensitive element and apply sensor nonlinear compensation technique.So precision of measuring temperature and control temperature of system are enhanced.
