摘要
】介绍了由Ａ级薄膜工业铂电阻Ｐｔ１００作为温敏元件所构成的温度传感器，并通过硬件电路对传感器的非线性进行改善，采用单片机对测量数据进行处理，给出了温度测量的精度估计。
It is intruduced in this paper the temperature sensor taking the A classe industral film pt 100 as temperature sensing element.The nonlinearity of the sensor is improved with the hardware circuit.The measured data are processed using a single chip micro computer.The accuracy eraluation of the temperature measurement is given in this paper.
