摘要
廉价热敏电阻的非线性是导致测温精度下降的主要原因,同时也限制了它在精密测温环境中的应用.为解决这一问题,本文提出了一种智能线性化的新方法.它利用高精度温度传感器作基准,自动生成线性化补偿表来对消廉价热敏电阻的非线性,因此可大幅度地提高测温精度.一个应用实例验证了本方法的有效性和可行性.
The monlinearity in a low_cost thermal resistor results in low_precision in temperature measurement based on the resistor.In order to solve the problem,a new method,called the intelligent linearization,is presented in the paper.This method,using a high_precision temperature sensor as reference,can automatically make a linearization compensation table.According to it ,the monlinearity in the thermal resistor can be offset and the precision in temperature measurement improved greatly.An example in the paper shows that the method is valid and practical.
