摘要
本文阐述了传统方法测量傅里叶透镜焦距存在的问题,提出应用频谱分析方法测量傅里叶透镜焦距。在理论分析和实验方法方面作了较详细的论述,解决了技术关键,提高了测量精度和稳定性,精度≤0.30％。该方法稍加修改,还可用于测量一般成象透镜焦距。
In this paper,problems of focal length measurement of Fourier lens by conven-tional methods are discussed. Frequency spectrum analysis method is presented inthe measurement. Description on theoretical analysis and experimental method ismade in detail. The key technique are developed, with which the accuracy andstability are improved. The accurecy of measurement reaches 0.30%. The methodmay also be used in the measurement of general imaging lens.
