摘要
阐述了用传统方法测量傅里叶透镜焦距存在的问题,提出应用频谱分析方法测量傅里叶透镜焦距。方法简便,测量精度可达±0.29％。
-Problems of the focal length measurement of Fourier lens by conventional methods are discussed. The frequency spectrum analyzing method used in the focal length measurement of Fourier lens is presented. This method is convenient and the accuracy of measurement may reach±0.29%.
