摘要
报道了从刺生麒麟菜提取ι-卡拉胶的方法 :常温下用 1 6 %KOH进行干海藻碱处理两天 ,经煮胶、精滤后含 0 2 %~ 0 3 %KCl或 0 0 2 %~ 0 0 3 %CaCl2 胶液与 1 5倍 95 %酒精混合而沉淀。得率约 48% ,强度约 75g/cm2
A method to extract ι-Carrageenan was from Eucheuma Spinosum was reported.Dried E.Spinsum was immersed in 16% KOH solution at normal temperature two days.Gel solution was gained after being boiled and refinedly filtered and gel solution including 0.5%~0 3%KCl or 0.02%~0.04% CaCl 2 was mixed with 1.5 times alcohol(95%)to precipitate ι-Carrageenan.Rate of recovery was about 48%,gel strength was about 75g/cm 2.
