摘要
用 0～ 10 0 0mg/L的MET溶液喷洒初生花蕾的月季枝条 ,切花用保鲜液保鲜 ,在供试的 2个品种上均发现 :(1)MET可抑制月季切花花头下垂 ,且随MET浓度增加 ,抑制作用加强 .(2 )在 10 0mg/L～ 5 0 0mg/L范围内 ,MET可延长月季切花的寿命 ,并增加花冠直径 .(3)对于不同的月季品种 。
MET can be used to delay crop height growth, breed short and strong sprout, or control vigorous growth. The authors studied the effect of spraying 100～1000 mg/L MET on the fresh branches of two varieties of Rose ( Rosa chinensis Jacq.), 'Xiangyun' and 'Jinbeifurong'. The effect on the cutting flowers of two varieties was obvious. As compared with CK(treatment with H 2O), 100～1000 mg/L MET inhibited the bend of Rose flowers and lengthened the flowering time,100～500 mg/L MET increased the corolla diameter. The best consistence to increase the quality of fresh cutting flowers was 500 mg/L.
