Manufacturing of large lightweightted mirror substrate by CNC machining

摘要 轻质大型反射镜的制造是大型光学系统必须要解决的关键技术之一。采用计算机控制的钻铣法可以获得更高轻量化程度及几何精度的镜坯 ,并能得到较高的加工效率。在大量工艺设计与实验的基础上 ,现已完成了一些高精度轻质反射镜镜坯加工以及镜面抛光工作。结果表明 ,此方法可达到 70 %左右的减重率 ,并且可以加工出较高精度的反射镜。 Manufacturing of lightweightted mirror is one of the key techniques for most large optical system. Better working efficiency and higher lightweightting grade have been achieved by CNC machining for large lightweightted mirror substrate. Some precision lightweightted have been worked out on the basis of the processing design and experiments in CIOMP. The results show that mirrors up to 70% lightweightting and λ/10 surface accuracy or better can be achieved.
