摘要
FMLP刺激单核细胞会激发超氧自由基的释放,其生成量以细胞色素C还原量表示;连苯三酚自氧化也与超氧自由基的产生有关,超氧自由基的释放以连苯三酚自氧化速率表示。本实验观察了羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132)在这二个反应体系中对超氧自由基生成的影响,结果发现:Ge-132剂量依赖地抑制上述二种反应。IC_(50)分别为1.65mM及0.47mM。作者认为Ge-132为一种超氧自由基清除剂。
Superoxide could be produced by FMLP stimulated-monocytes, and measured as Cyt C reduction. Pyrogallol autoxidation was alsc related to superoxide release. The rate of pyrogallol autoxidation represented the superoxide production. The effect of Ge-132 on super- oxide release was observed in these two systems. The result ahowed Ge-132 dose-dependently inhibited the above two reactions, IG_(50) was 1. 65mM and 0. 47mM respectively. It can be concluded that Ge-132 is a superoxide scavenger.
