摘要
自1985年4月至1988年4月试用二羧乙基锗倍半氧化物治疗各种癌瘤112例,进行了近期疗效观察.大部分患者是手术、放疗、化疗等治疗无效而用此药的;以三个月为一疗程,用不同剂量的药物治疗,大部分有稳定作用,能显著地减轻症状,无明显副作用,从而改善患者的一般情况,有助于生存率的提高.
112 cases of various kinds of cancer were treated with an organic ger- manium compound and the short-term therapeutic, effect was observed from April, 1985 to April,1988. Most of the patients were treated with the organic germanium compound after operation and when radiotherapy and chemotherapy were ineffective; one course of the treatment was three mon- ths.Having received treatment with different doses, most of the cases had benefited by a stabilizing effect and the symptoms were alleviated remark ably. There were no obvious side effects during the treatment period. The medicine can improve the patients' general condition and is coaduce to raising the suryival rate. The result indicates that traiditional therapy by applying the organic germanium compound could enhance the long-term therapeutic effect on cancer.
