摘要
用常规方法培养黑腹果蝇的幼虫、蛹和各日龄的成蝇,并将它们分别制成匀浆,进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,测定黑腹果蝇不同发育时期及衰老过程中酯酶同工酶的变化。结果表明,一龄幼虫、三龄幼虫、予蛹、蛹、10日龄成蝇、36日龄成蝇、48日龄成蝇和63日龄成蝇的酶带数和酶含量均不同。其在黑腹果蝇的发育和衰老过程中存在规律性的变化,为酯酶同工酶用于抗衰药物的筛选建立了一定条件。
The larvae pupae and adults of D. melanogaster were cultivated with the traditional method and they were homoge- nized, then electrophoresed (PAGE). The esterase isoenzyme patterns of one instar larvae, three instar larvae, prepupae, pupae, imagos(10, 36, 48 and 63 days after fly emergence respectively) and the quantities of their esterase isoenzyme were differdnt obviously and showed its specificity in each developmental stage and aging stage.
