果蝇生长发育中PI3K/Akt/dTOR信号通路的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 果蝇雷帕霉素靶蛋白(dTOR)是哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)在果蝇中的同源物。PI3K/Akt/dTOR信号通路在果蝇的细胞存活、生长及增殖中都具有重要的作用。研究dTOR途径在果蝇生长发育中的作用可为了解哺乳动物发育过程中涉及的信号通路机制提供依据。现就近年来关于PI3K/Akt/dTOR信号通路及其中信号成分在果蝇发育中调节作用的研究作一综述,并展望深入研究dTOR信号通路机制的意义。 Drosophila target of rapamycin(dTOR) is a homologue of mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR) in drosophila.The PI3K/Akt/dTOR pathway is involved in cell survival,growth and proliferation.Studies on the dTOR pathway in the development of drosophila may provide an insight into the mechanism of signaling pathways involved in mammalian development.This paper summarizes the recent progress in the regulation of the PI3K/Akt/dTOR pathway in the development and growth of drosophila,and looks into the significance of more intensive research on the mechanism of the dTOR pathway.
