摘要
应用琼脂糖电泳技术研究了致倦库蚊四龄幼虫、蛹和成蚊虫体匀浆的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶和酯酶(EST)同工酶。幼虫、蛹的LDH同工酶均表现为单一的酶带,成蚊为两条酶带。EST同工酶谱被分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3组区带,幼虫和蛹的Ⅰ、Ⅲ区带仅各有一条酶带,Ⅱ区带有两条酶带。成蚊无Ⅰ区带。各发育阶段ESTⅡ区带中Rm值为0.67和0.76的酶带均恒定出现。
The isozyme band patterns of lactate dehydogenase(LDH) and esterase(EST) in larvae, pupae and adults of Gulex pipiens quinquefasciatus were studied with horizontal electrophoresis in 1% agarose gel(containing 0.05% of PVP).The results were that the LDH zymograms exhibited a single band in larvae and pupae, two bands in adults mosquitoes. Isozyme bands in pupae were stained strongly. The EST zymograms included mainly three groups, ESTⅠ, ESTⅡ and ESTⅢ. There was one band in ESTⅠ and ESTⅢ, and two in ESTⅡ; adults mosqitoes had no ESTⅠ. ESTⅡ isozyme band that showed in all developing stages are thought to be the characteristic bands of Cx. p. quinquefasciatus.
